30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE


We want you to love your BubScrub® purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN


Email us at support@blissgoodsllc.com with your order number and reason for return. If needed, we may request additional proof of purchase to verify your transaction.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

RETURN CONDITIONS


Return Requests: Must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Used Products: Trimmers may be used, but must be returned with all original parts and packaging.

Product Condition: BubScrub® reserves the right to determine that the returned product was used in accordance with the instruction booklet.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS


If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not working as intended, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or full refund.

To begin a return for a defective item, email support@blissgoodsllc.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We kindly request photo or video proof of the defect to help us resolve the matter promptly.

Note: Claims made after 14 days may be subject to review and are not guaranteed a refund or replacement.

REFUND PROCESS


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

BubScrub® is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged products during the return shipping process.


1. LIMITED WARRANTY


BubScrub® warrants to the original purchaser that your BubScrub® electric bubble brush will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for one (1) year from your date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

To qualify for warranty service:
(a) you must have purchased your product directly from bubscrubshop.com or an authorized BubScrub® seller;
(b) you must provide proof of purchase; and
(c) the product must have been used only as intended and in accordance with all instructions provided.

If a defect covered under this warranty arises during the Warranty Period, BubScrub® will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.

2. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS


To start a warranty claim, please contact us at support@blissgoodsllc.com

with the following information:
(a) your name,
(b) proof of purchase,
(c) product details, and
(d) a description of the problem you are experiencing.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your product, we will notify you of the status of your claim. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced as soon as reasonably possible.

3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER


Except for the warranty stated above, BubScrub® provides no other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law.

BubScrub® is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This Limited Warranty applies only to purchases made in the United States.
